A flat room price would not reflect the different needs of a 100-person birthday, a 150-person wedding or a larger reception. Personalized pricing lets Avana quote the appropriate ballroom, menu, staffing, event hours and services instead of presenting a misleading starting number.
The main pricing factors are the event date and day of week, selected ballroom, estimated guest count, catering menu, service style, event duration, ceremony requirements, bar service, décor, lighting, entertainment needs, staffing and optional upgrades.
Provide your event type, preferred date, one or two alternate dates, estimated guest count, preferred ballroom if known, approximate event hours and any important catering, ceremony, décor or entertainment requirements.

No. Requesting personalized pricing and scheduling a complimentary private tour do not require you to book. A reservation is created only after the required agreement and payment steps are completed.
Depending on the selected package, pricing may combine the ballroom, in-house catering, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, service staff, event coordination, décor and lighting. The written proposal identifies the exact inclusions and optional upgrades.
Avana offers customizable full-service and all-inclusive-style packages. The exact combination of venue, catering, rentals, staffing, coordination, décor, lighting and other services is tailored to the event and confirmed in the proposal.
Avana is a full-service venue with in-house catering and customizable menus. Whether catering is included in a quoted package—and which menu and service style apply—will be shown in your personalized proposal.
These items may be included in a package or offered as upgrades. Ask the coordinator to identify the standard setup, available design choices, upgrade pricing and any items that must be supplied by an approved outside vendor.
Review the itemized proposal to see how taxes, service charges, gratuity, security, parking or valet, overtime, bar service, cleanup and outside-vendor fees are handled.

Pricing can differ because the ballrooms serve different event sizes and layouts. The Grand White Ballroom is presented for larger celebrations of up to approximately 340 guests, while the Modern Ballroom is presented for more intimate events of up to approximately 150 guests.

The required reservation payment, installment schedule, accepted payment methods and final balance deadline are confirmed in the current proposal and event agreement. Ask for these terms before signing so the full payment timeline is clear.
Some details may be adjusted before contractual deadlines, subject to availability, ballroom capacity, menu planning and the signed agreement. Notify the coordinator early because guest-count or package changes can affect staffing, catering, layout and price.
A proposal does not necessarily reserve a date. Ask the coordinator how long the pricing is valid, whether a courtesy hold is available and which signed agreement and payment are required to secure the date.
Cancellation, rescheduling, payment transfer and refund terms are governed by the current event agreement. Review those provisions before booking and ask the coordinator to explain any date-change deadlines or nonrefundable amounts.
